For Sale

After much debate, Steve and I have decided to list our house for sale. We have been wrestling with the idea for quite sometime, weighing all the pros and cons. It's definitely one of those decisions that doesn't have a right or wrong answer, it's just a urge that we can't seem to shake.

Here's some of our considerations:
- We want to find a new house to remodel and fix up. Our current house was/is already updated and we wouldn't get any money back that we put in.
- We love Saint Paul, but want to be a little closer to family and friends. We really like the Highland Park and Mac/Groveland neighborhoods (still in Saint Paul, but further south).
- Tough housing market, but great interest rates and we have to re-finance our adjustable mortgage any way.
- Want to be in a more family oriented neighborhood with solid schools. There aren't very many young families on our block.

Obviously none of these things are really pressing. We would be perfectly fine staying in our house for a few more years, but we're going to see if we can sell our house for a decent price.
