Superbowl Highlights

I'm slightly ashamed to admit the best part of the superbowl for me is the food and commercials.  Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy watching football, but it just seems like I usually end up chatting with someone or hovering closer to the food than the television.  Just for the record though, I am glad that the Saints pulled it off.  So here are a few of my highlights...

Lemon Cheeseball - a light, sweet & tangy dessert. 


Chicken Enchilada Roll-Ups- might not look the most appetizing, but they were irresistable!

Last, but not least Dulce de Leche sandwich cookies.  Dulce de Leche is a mexican carmel that isn't quite as sweet.  The best and most surprisingly thing about this recipe was the sea salt you sprinkle on top of the carmel!
